We took an underwater photography trip to the Philippines in December 2016. Makati, the financial hub of the Phlippines, is one of sixteen cities that make up Metro Manila. We had an unexpected day in Makati at the beginning of the dive trip because strong wind and rains canceled all the ferry boat traffic across the Verde Passage from Luzon to Mindoro and thus to Puerto Galera.

Drive south to Batangas Port, the secnd largest port in the Philippines after Manila. There are three passenger terminals.
