Winter 2011-2012 engine overhaul (engine swap, actually) and first test flight of the new engine: too much downtime for my tastes:

cowling off new engine in crate new parts rebuilt baffling engine off old engine crated up new engine on hoist new engine mounted attaching hoses putting the prop on more cabling first runup, without cowling coming out of the maintenance hangar test flight test flight
