Ecuador Photo Gallery: hoatzins

We visited Ecuador in November, 2019.

The hoatzin is a slim, pheasant-sized bird with a long tail, long neck, and small head. It has an unfeathered blue face with red eyes and a spiky head crest. It is a weak flyer.
