Ecuador Photo Gallery: swallows

We visited Ecuador in November, 2019.

Swallows are built for aerial feeding. They have slender streamlined bodies, long pointed wings, a short bill with a wide gape, and feet that are adapted for perching rather than walking. There are eighteeen species in Ecuador.
